This comfortable property has fantastic views of the Mammoth Valley area. Located on the first floor above the parking garage, it has an exterior hallway entrance with an elevator for easy access. When you walk into this single-level property, you'll find an open living area that flows into the dining room and kitchen. Warm up in the wintertime with the wood-burning fireplace. A television with a DVD player is available for your convenience.
The kitchen has modern appliances along with a fundamental design. An open breakfast bar for two connects the space to the dining room, and four people can gather around the table for meals. An en suite washer/dryer is included so you can dry wet clothes and keep up with the laundry. There's also a deck that looks out over the mountains.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
