Please note this is our personal RV and we take a lot of pride, time and effort to keep it clean and in great condition. I expect you to treat my vehicle with care and respect and return it in the condition it was presented to you.

What's included:
• Keurig coffee maker
• All electrical, water, and sewer connections will be provided.
• RV toilet paper (don't use regular!)
• Wheel chocks, black water chemicals and tools.
• We also have other camping equipment available upon request.

If you are inexperienced with RVs, allow 30-45 minutes for a walk-through on how to use some of the features of the RV. We would be happy to talk to you in advance of your rental to discuss any concerns and answer any questions.

1. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV.

2. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathrooms, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion.

3. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Empty Black first, then Grey. Use plenty of water with the black tank. Please note you are responsible to dump the septic upon return $200 fees will be applied the RV if returned not empty.

4. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion.

And please remember that you are responsible for any tickets during your trip.
