Serving only “Certified Australian Angus Beef” and “Chilled Aged Grain Fed”, naturally aged, cut and trimmed on premise, and grilled to perfection with the amazing Josper Charcoal Oven. 4 cuts that can be chosen for Black Angus are medallion, tenderloin, rib eye, and striploin; whereas the cuts available for Grain Fed are porterhouse, T-bone, and sirloin on bone. You can pick your choice of favourite sauce and potatoes. All grilled meat orders are accompanied with sautéed seasonal vegetables.
