Built in 2010, you are minutes from downtown Nashville, Opryland, Ryman Auditorium or the Stadiums.

The space

Two bedrooms/1 bath... One private bedroom with a queen size bed. The second private bedroom is also the common area. It has a dining table, couch and tables and a queen size murphy Tempur-Pedic bed that folds out from the wall. There is a full bath in this private second story apartment with its own exterior stair access, balcony and breathtaking views of the river. Guests have access to the furnished Gazebo on the riverfront. The kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of parking available for a motorcycle trailer or small camper.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire 2nd floor - 2 bedroom/1 bath - apartment. It has a private entrance with a private deck and river views. There is a shared gazebo at the edge of the river bank furnished with couches and chaise lounges that are perfect for taking in the stunning sunsets. Access to the river is a steep set of stairs to the water. Not suitable for children or elderly! There is no dock, but there is a rock landing (if the river isn't high - the water level changes often) to put kayaks or canoes in the water. The Cumberland river is approximately 300 yards across in our section and beautiful. The river goes through downtown Nashville. We see The General Jackson paddle boat and or barges going by daily.

Interaction with guests

Check in is a digital keypad entrance. Code changed after each visit. Our interaction with guests can be as little or as much as the guests prefer. It is up to you. We provide information on local happenings, sights, and dining establishments via typed list and local publications provided in apartment. Please feel free to ask for recommendations as well. *Owner lives on-site in separate living quarters.
