You can walk to town for your evening ice cream cone; walk to Shepler's Ferry to catch a ride to the beautiful Mackinac Island or just sit waterside with a good book. This vintage cottage will take you and your family back to a simpler time with your days spent at the beach and your evenings around a campfire. Mackinaw City is a perfect location to serve as a base camp for all Northern Michigan has to offer. Swim, bike, hike, golf, parasail, hunt or fish - all within minutes. The cottage is clean, comfortable and very charming. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a front and back porch. The kitchen is open to the dining room and has a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All dishes, pots & pans are included. The dining room seats 6 people. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The Living Room opens to the back deck and features a grand stone fireplace, rocking chairs and a comfy sofa for relaxing. This is a place you will want to come back to year after year. This is a historic cottage containing some antiques which may not be suitable for small children.
