This ground-level studio near the corner of 12th and Main is packed with modern amenities; a queen bed, 58" Roku TV, settee, mini fridge, microwave, bathroom, walk-in closet, black out drapes and sound deafening interior storm windows. Approx. 10 min from all local colleges.

Here's what you can expect in Studio 114:

A comfortable queen bed with layers of bedding. Next to the bed you'll find reading lamps, a sound machine for our light sleepers, and phone charger cables that are plugged into the bedside tables.

Guests can view the 58" Roku TV from bed, recliner, or the settee/couch. A Keurig with K-cups provides morning coffee. A mini-fridge, microwave, and dish set enable guests to make and store food/left-overs which guests can enjoy at the comfortable dining table for two.

Near the bed is the private full bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, pedestal sink, and all the amenities a tired traveler might need.

A large closet and dresser provide clothes and suitcase storage.

A Mini split ductless air unit with a remote keeps the studio cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

There is a potential for noise as we are located downtown in an area with a lot of restaurants, bars and bustling nightlife especially on the weekends

Only registered guests are allowed at the property!

Guests can park in our designated parking space and then explore downtown and walk to restaurants.

One small dog up to 25lb are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Throughout your stay, please maintain the cleanliness of our home inside and out with regards to your pet’s activities. Please, no paws on the furniture and bedspreads and do not use the bath linens to clean your furry friends. Your pet should not be left unattended in the studio unless they are crated. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog when you make your reservation.
