Beds- 2 kings, 2 queens, 2 bunk beds, crib. Office in one of the queen rooms.

Important to note that there are 100 steps from the house to the deck, and may not be suitable for some people.

IMPORTANT- the TVA lowers the lake water level in the winter months. The dock is not for use by guests in the months of December through March.

We require all guests to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your driver's license, list of all guest's names. This is per our rental insurance requirements.

This vacation home is located in Lynchburg. Tims Ford State Park and Tims Ford Lake reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Tim's Ford Marina and Lynchburg Hardware and General Store. Hammers and Expressions are also worth visiting.
