Welcome to our Family Friendly Jayco Camper! Only one previous owner. Sleeps 10 comfortably, 12 with children. 1 full queen size bed in the master suit with a 3-inch foam pad on the mattress, 2 sets of bunks beds in the back of the trailer, 6-person dinette that turns into a bed, along with one couch that can turn into a bed. There is a portable crib. The tv in living room area next to the stereo system that is capable of music played in or out of the camper.

A full usable indoor bathroom(which will come with certain toilet paper for the toilet use), a kid portable bath tub, kitchen sink, fridge/freezer, keurig, microwave , oven and stove.

Outdoor stove with a sink and a fridge. There is also an outdoor shower.

The camper comes with fresh linens for bathing, bedding, the kitchen is fully equipped (bowls, silverware, cooking utensils etc), 4 beach towels, 6 smore sticks, 4 hot dog roasters.

You are responsible for your own camping chairs, sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, food, water, keurig cups, etc.

We will deliver the camper and set it up. Outdoor rug will be laid out under the awning(awning has a night LED light) with a 6-foot folding table on it.
