8/9/2022 UPDATES TO LISTING:

Largely due to COVID, the RV will not be equipped or supplied like it was prior to COVID. So, therefore, the renter is responsible for bringing their own personal sleeping and body hygiene items including but not limited to: bed sheets and linens, mattress/cushion covers, pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, hand and bath towels, face cloths, outdoor folding chairs, grills, etc. This posting will be updated soon to include the dimension of each sleeping area inside the RV. The RV owner will supply some disposable paper products (e.g., plates, bowls, cups, utensils, RV-safe toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.) as wells as some limited basic kitchenware (pots and pans for stovetop use and microwave safe plates and bowls).

Also, the RV owner intends to update listing soon with more current photos of the RV. The photos currently shown in this listing were pictures taken back in 2013 when the RV owner first purchased the used 2007 RV. RV owner has kept up with maintenance and repairs on RV over the last 9 years and in the process has replaced many things in the RV including but not limited to: roof-top AC, hot water heater, toilet, generator, transmission, radiator, etc.), but after 9 years, the RV is starting to show it's age a bit (as a 15 year old RV) but more so in terms of the cosmetics, looks, and decor. Everything is currently 100% fully functional, but RV owner does NOT want to mislead prospective and actual renters in any way in terms of the current photos shown.
