The Space:
Our apartment is furnished with everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Louisville! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
There is one space in the building’s parking garage included with your stay. We cannot provide parking for additional vehicles and are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of using this amenity. We also cannot provide alternative parking for oversized vehicles that will not fit in the garage.
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log in and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
This walkable location allows easy access to dining, shops, museums, arenas, and entertainment venues. You're only two blocks from the Louisville Slugger Field and a half mile from the Big Four Bridge, Waterfront Park, and the University of Louisville Hospital. The Actors Theatre and convention center are within a mile, and a quick ride to Fourth Street. Louisville's urban core and NULU is only minutes away. You'll love this fantastic location!
Getting Around:
Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Easy access to major interstates like I-64, I-65, and I-71 . Louisville's bike share program, LouVelo, is only three blocks to the nearest station.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
This apartment is located in Downtown Louisville, a neighborhood in Louisville. KFC Yum Center and Thomas Edison House are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Nulu Market Place and Fourth Street Live!.
