That's why senior culinary students at the National Center for Hospitality Studies serve a practicum at Winston's Restaurant, a 3-1/2 star gourmet restaurant at the Sullivan University Campus. You'll learn to prepare and serve gourmet dishes for an extensive menu of brunch, lunch and dinner under the leadership of Executive Chef John Castro.
