Dr. Brett Hornback, a native of Versailles, Kentucky, graduated from Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. Upon graduation, he gained valuable experience while on staff at several small animal clinics and specialized emergency hospitals in North Carolina and Kentucky. In 1993, Dr. Hornback founded Evergreen Animal Hospital.

Our hospital philosophy is to provide quality veterinary care using the safest and most advanced procedures in a clean environment under the supervision of a compassionate, loving and professional staff that all small animals deserve.
