The space
The house is set in 2 separate wings, the East Wing and The West Wing.
Living spaces in the East Wing include: kitchen, breakfast nook, formal living room with wood beamed ceiling skylights with a bar area and a baby grand piano, a full master suite with a king-size bed, two luxury baths, two walk-in closets and sauna. Below the master suite you can also find 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. There's also a formal dining room with a wine room. In the same wing, you will also find 2 more bedrooms with queen-size beds and their private bathrooms and a gym.
The West wing has a great room, fantastic for entertaining or playing pool that opens through a completely private and secluded sun drenched pool and spa with manicured landscaping. Above this great room, there's the loft with a separate sitting area and another bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private deck, ideally to enjoy the city view lights. The West Wing also has a full private bathroom, bbq and a pool bathroom.
Guest access
Guests can have access from either the East or West Wings.

This home is conveniently located, close to the freeways and the new metro that will take you to the world famous beaches, shopping and restaurants in Santa Monica or to Downtown LA to watch a Laker's game.
Located in Castle Heights, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, this vacation home is in the mountains and near the beach. Petersen Automotive Museum and Kia Forum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's popular attractions include Hollywood Walk of Fame and Universal Studios Hollywood. Traveling with kids?
