Hi, my name is Lorren Siu, and I'm a licensed behavioral and mental health therapist with an online and in-person therapy practice in Los Gatos, California. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, or simply looking to better understand yourself, my therapy dog, Emi, and I offer a unique blend of somatic therapy, mindfulness, talk therapy, animal-assisted therapy and brainspotting to help teens and adults find healing and resilience.
