Located in Silverlake area of Los Angeles, Haché LA is a new age burger stand brought to you by Chef Michael "Mick" Schepers. At HACHÉ LA, all our Steak Hachés are formed at the moment our customer orders, and seasoned prior to cooking. Each cut of our 100% USDA Angus Sirloin is ground fresh daily. In addition to our burgers, fresh friets are served. These friets are proprietary triple-cooked (twice fried) potatoes. Pair them with our homemade drinks, like our strawberry basil lemonade and green tea mint mojito. We offer three craft beers, white and red wine as well.
