A Steak Haché is considered a burger, but not all burgers are Steak Hachés. In Mick’s opinion, the McDonalds in France produces burgers of low quality, and not Steak Hachés. A good Haché owes everything to the freshness and quality of the meat. At Haché LA, like Mick’s Karma Bar in Irvine, all our Hachés are ground in-store and as-needed. They are made from 2 different cuts of all natural 100% USDA Angus Sirloin (center cut lean and a marbleized fatty cut at a 4:1 ratio). In addition to our burgers, fresh friets are served. These friets are proprietary triple cooked (twice fried) potatoes, made from organic American Burbank potatoes. Try our homemade sauces and drinks, like our strawberry basil lemonade. Pair our food with the 3 craft beers, white and red wine that we offer. Our most famous sandwich is the Karma Burger Mick’s version of a Classic American Cheeseburger, made with a Steak Haché, American Cheese, Karma Sauce, leaf lettuce, tomato and red onion on bun No. 19.
