In fact, this blending and preparation of fresh spices is a centuries-old, exacting craft which is indispensable to Indian cuisine. Located in the historic Stillwell Hotel, T.S. Gill, owner since 1981, has placed this restaurant in the rear of the hotel's well-preserved 1916-era lobby. Once inside the restaurant, diners find an authentic Indian atmosphere, complete with Indian classical or light-classical background music. Priced at $8.95, the 10-item, all-you-can-eat lunch buffet of rich North Indian fare makes Gill's a true lunch bargain. Gill's also offers an amazing dinner special - buy one dinner, and get the second free. The lunch buffet is offered Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Hours are 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and from 5:00 pm - 10 pm, Monday through Saturday. Reservations are taken but not required. Beer & wine, an A la Carte dinner menu, free delivery and catering are all available.
