In the summer months, enjoy the many events, markets, arts festivals in Littleton, or a day on the water at one of the many local lakes or streams, a hike, or visit one of the many local attractions, from Santa's Village to Clarke's Trading Post, and of course, the iconic State Parks of the White Mountains, from Franconia Notch to Crawford and Pinkham Notch. And of course, you won't want to miss this area in the Fall, when the foliage fiery glows turns the entire area into a spectacle not to be missed - and with the hilltop location of this home, you'll have front row seats!

The home itself is a 2-level cottage. Built on a hillside, you will enter from the top level, where you will find an open concept kitchen/dining/living area, a bedroom with a queen bad, full bathroom, and separate laundry area - plus a convenient mudroom to leave your gear. A window AC unit in the living room takes the edge off those occasional summer heat waves, but won't be needed on most days. thanks to our generally cool mountain climate. Downstairs, you will find another queen bedroom, a full bath, and a living area with a trundle daybed that opens up to a queen bed. Roku TVs give you access to free programming, or log in with your own accounts to enjoy your favorite streaming services. Linens, towels and bathroom amenities provided for your convenience!

-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.

- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
