The master room contains a King size bed with memory foam for all the comforts of home as well as a TV with HDMI hookups if you want to stream movies or shows. The dinette bed is perfect for kiddos; you'll have no problem sleeping. Lounge in luxury in the main TV area in the theater seats that are massaging and heating. The TV in the main area has speakers inside and outside the camper depending on if you're watching TV inside or streaming music from your phone outside. Prep your campsite meals with a very functional kitchen that has a large refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, and oven. This travel trailer also has a large outdoor kitchen area with wall mounts to support a grill and cook table. The outdoor awning and lights.

Pots, pans, dishes, linens, bowls, cups, and silverware. Items needed for cooking including spatulas, tongs, cutting boards, knives, grill and 17” Blackstone griddle, 3 camp chairs, folding table, outdoor camp rug, cleaning supplies. Very Important:
Full bath with toilet and shower. RV does come with full hookups need to have full hookups if you anticipate having unlimited water and sewer usage plus full use of all electric items. The lights, oven, water pump, and refrigerator run off either propane or battery. If you're dry camping, a full water tank can get you through the dishes and an estimated 10 quick showers before it needs to be dumped. You are required to dump all waste and rinse out the black tanks. If waste is NOT dumped, there will be a $100 fee charged.

The generator capable of running AC is available with unlimited hours with the renter service fee.

Important Hitch Assembly Notes:
Hitch support up to a 6-inch lifted truck.
The hitch assembly with the weight distribution bars support a 2” receiver hitch.
You will need a truck that is rated for a minimum 10,000 pounds and preferably a diesel for best gas and tow mileage.

Recommendations:
I would bring a gas container can if you plan on renting the generator.

Other things to note:
Cleaning is not included! Remove all trash and personal items brought with you.
Please return the RV in the same condition you picked it up in including cleaning of any dishes used.
