Quiet community, Beautiful bright house in Little River
5 bedrooms (1 of the bdrm must climb stairs). 3 bathrooms, large kitchen and a patio. About 10 minuets drive to the beach, 5 minutes from sea cost hospital, newly renovated, close to all main attractions like water sports, golf, mini mall.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The space
New bright house , beautiful decor, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , 2 king bed, 4 Queen beds. Accommodate up to 12 guests. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

*VERY QUIET COMMUNITY. Please respect neighbors and community. NO LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

*Must climb stairs (to one of the bedrooms)
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

This vacation home is located in Little River. Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Tribal Island and Molten Mountain. Mayday Golf and OD Pavilion Amusement Park are also worth visiting.
