From our door step, hike into the National Forest, jump on the ski shuttle 2 mins to Loon, float on the Pemi River, hit the bike trails, or lounge in the club pools & hot tubs. Our spacious three floor 1600 sq ft townhouse is bright and airy with four levels to explore. Guests have access to our membership at the Village of Loon Pool & Fitness Center (w/ two outdoor pools & jacuzzi, two indoor pools & jacuzzi, tennis & basketball courts, game & fitness room). Without ever getting in your car, jump on the ski shuttle to Loon Mountain (weekends/holidays), hike the Clearbrook association trails, or stroll to a (secret) swimming hole on the Pemi River just across the street.

Our townhouse is one of the few you’ll find with a full HVAC system (central air conditioning and heat), ensuring your comfort no matter the temperature. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality cooking utensils, pans, knives and basic spices / oils. The bathrooms are pristine. We provide a hairdryer, a pack & play, linens and towels (for bathing - please bring your own beach towels for river fun). There’s a few markets just up the road to stock the fridge with your favorite treats.

You’ll be greeted by two mudrooms with a bench, storage space and plenty of hooks to organize all your gear after enjoying the outdoors.

Down the staircase you’ll find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a private deck/slider overlooking the mountains and the other bedroom with two bunk beds (our kids love this!) with mountain views from the windows, a full bathroom and separate laundry room with everything you need.

If you head upstairs from the mudroom, you are greeted by a bright & airy family room with tons of windows, a wood-burning fireplace, soaring cathedral ceilings, deck with a grill and an all-season view of Loon Mountain. The space opens up into the dining area and completely renovated kitchen with everything you need.

Continue up the stairs to the loft, perfect for kids to hang out, with a pull out couch, games and TV. Continue further up the stairs, and you’ll find the master bedroom with comfortable bedding, renovated bathroom and mountain views.

LOON MOUNTAIN: If you haven’t explored Loon Mountain in the spring or summer, it’s got so much to offer! At Loon, try out mountain biking, the ropes courses, or the gondola ride up the mountain (boasting the longest in NH) where you’ll find the glacial caves and some amazing family-friendly hikes (with exceptional views). In the winter, hit the slopes at Loon Mountain, go snow tubing (day or night), or snowshoeing. Take the kids sledding or ice skating then return home to enjoy the fireplace and views of the slopes.

DOWNTOWN LINCOLN & WOODSTOCK: In downtown Lincoln minutes away you’ll find great restaurants, a brewery, minigolf, and the Hobo Railroad. Downtown Woodstock has tons of local charm, with Clark’s Trading Post, country shops and the famous Cascade Park where you can tube on the natural water slides for hours. Tube, swim and enjoy the Pemi River in Lady’s Bath, Otter Rocks, Cascade Park, Lower Falls or our (secret) swimming hole minutes away.

PARKING: There are two dedicated parking spaces right outside the townhouse. There are a few first-come/first-serve visitor spaces (marked with a “V”).

STAIRS: May not be appropriate for low-mobility individuals. There is a staircase from the parking to the front door - which is well-worth it for the views but could be challenging for those with limited mobility. The townhouse has four levels with a loft and open staircases, which may not be suitable for some children or families.

CAMERA: One exterior camera is in use by the front door. No interior cameras.

Taking a full week (or more) allows for next level fun and relaxation - we provide a 10% discount for weeklong stays. Consider taking a few extra days off to float in the river or beat the crowds for some mid-week skiing.

Jean's Playhouse and Kancamagus Collectibles are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kancamagus Ski Lift and Kissin' Cousin Ski Lift. Ice Castles and Whale's Tale Water Park are also worth visiting.
