My name is Mary Phillips; I am proud to be part of the Exit Realty team! Real estate has always been a part of my DNA as I tracked home listings, open houses and sales before it was a national pastime on HGTV and before one could search the net. I enjoy following the market trends, using market statistics to help guide in a home search or sale. But most importantly, I like to build relationships with my clients that are based on integrity, honesty and trust.

In June 2009, my family was relocated from Ohio to the Midlands where we met Tonya Graves an Exit Realty consultant. Tanya walked us through the entire process until we found our dream home in Lexington, South Carolina. We were so impressed with Exit Realty and its personal approach to real estate that I made a decision to join the Exit Realty team.
