Free Home Buyer Seminar is being offered at the Lexington County Library, Mondays in March starting at 6;00 p.m.
Free Buyer Seminar to include vital information about Selecting the right home, Selecting a mortgage,
Understanding free grants, Selecting a real estate agent, Understanding the contract, Explain the new Tax Credit.
First step is Home Buying process and explain the changes in the Tax Credit and the how to buy a home. Second, step the mortgage process and changes, Third Step understanding the contract, and fourth how the tax credit works. Fifth to learn about the potential free grant monies. Lastly to learn about the closing process when in buying home.
The seminar will have a host of professionals in the home buying process to offer FREE information about the home ownership. There will be professionals to educate and answer questions. There will be information about the $8,000 and $6,500 Tax Credit, who qualifies and who is eligible for the new tax credit .
