Pet Policy:
Small/medium dogs under 50 pounds are allowed to stay in this home. We do not allow cats. Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $80 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet. Please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. We do have a noise monitor in place to detect any unusually loud noise decibals. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

This vacation home is located in Lehi. TalonsCove Golf Club and Juniper Crest Trailhead are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Wasatch-Cache National Forest and Flight Park State Recreation Area. Thanksgiving Point and Farm Country are also worth visiting.
