When the days turn cold and the snow falls, strap on the skis and explore the winding trails and runs of China Peak, just two miles away!

This is a family cabin in a family neighborhood, and any complaints from the neighbors, destruction of property, or indoor smoking will result in a minimum $1000 fine

Parking notes: 2 vehicles can park in front of the home in winter and 3 in summer. No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal. No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways. Boat & Trailer Parking: Allowed only in West Village & East Village. We recommend to all guests to utilize Sierra Marina for a wet slip and/or trailer parking.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
