Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire Majors House and will not be shared with any other guests. You also have shared access to the Pool and Cabana at the top of the hill (closed from sundown to sun up), along with other guests on property.

The property was originally developed as a private residence by Dr. Charles W. Adams—a founding settler of Lake Alfred, Florida— and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm. The Estate is being transformed into boutique destination resort for weddings, reunions and other events. We're always just a call/text away and live nearby the property. In light of Covid-19, we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety our guests during your trip. All of our properties will be properly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival, in accordance with the cleaning guidelines set by VRHP/VRMA. Since there will be additional time needed to properly clean each cottages, late checkouts / early check-in requests will need to be approved in advance of your stay.
