Our villa is a beautifully remodeled ground floor 1000+ square foot spacious one bedroom/one bath Kapalua Bay Villa with panoramic ocean views! Ocean views from the lanai, living room, dining area and kitchen. The decor is contemporary Asian with a Hawaiian theme. Bright natural lighting and consistent lovely trade breezes to enjoy for those days when you just don't feel like running the air conditioner.
Our villa sleeps a MAXIMUM 2 guests only. There is NO sofa sleeper in this villa.
* Please note that although this villa is a ground floor, there is a flight of 20 stairs from the parking lot to the villa. Prior to committing to a reservation, please be sure your party is fully capable of using stairs. No room moves or refunds will be given after guests have checked in.
The Master Bedroom has a Cal King bed, flat screen tv, ceiling fan, and contemporary Asian style furnishings.
The lanai (patio) consists of a new high-top 4-seat table to enjoy your pupus (appetizers) at sunset, or Hawaii grown coffee in the morning, and two lounge chairs for you to relax and read a good book, nap, or play on your iPad.
The bathroom is spacious so two people can maneuver around comfortably at the same time. The large walk-in shower with glass door is relaxing to wash your troubles away. The double sink vanity area with granite countertops has plenty of cabinet and drawer space for your belongings.
The TV in the living room is a large flat screen with a Bose speaker system, and Time Warner cable box with High Definition (HD) channels and music stations.
We also provide our guests with a hair dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, and kitchen spices. You will find our kitchen to be very well equipped and lacking nothing.
If you are visiting during December to March, you will definitely get to see lots of whale activity.
Being ground floor and close proximity to the north pool on the property, you can walk out your lanai and are a few steps to the pool and BBQ. The Kapalua Bay Villas pools are heated beautifully and comfortably. If you are looking to be in a world-class resort, with fantastic scenery, walking trails, less tourism, walking distance to restaurants, then this is the place for you.
We go a step beyond other owners and rental companies. We provide our guests with a starter supply of bath amenity products. You will also find a starter supply of dish-washing detergent, laundry detergent, Dawn kitchen soap, a fresh kitchen sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. We want you to enjoy your time on Maui and not have to worry about household goods when you arrive.
