Property is on the Coal Creek Trail for easy access to walking/jogging along the creek. Home is less than one year old with a spacious backyard, covered patio, and large fire pit. Sleeps 6 people. Perfect for large families or families looking to rent together. We take great pride in our new home are only interested in renters who have the same respect for their own home.
