You will love staying in this beautiful, newly renovated, clean & spacious 1100 sq. ft. cottage. Centrally located on East Boulder/Louisville line the property is only a few minutes into Boulder and downtown Louisville, it is close to outdoor activities, CU, great views, and dining. A perfect retreat for up to 5 guests, the cottage has a large master bedroom w/ king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, new front loader washer/dryer, large private covered patio & fenced grassy yard in a peaceful, country setting. Additionally, there are several bikes/helmets available for our guests during their stay.

Located in Lafayette, this cottage is in the city center. WOW Children's Museum and Fiske Planetarium are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Pearl Street Mall and Flatiron Crossing.
