TORC, EXIT’s front end solution to our MEMO back end production software, is currently in beta testing. User dashboard, lead management, office and personal calendars as well as document sharing, make up the office intranet. TORC offers a robust contact management system. The properties module offers showing details, activity management, and transaction review, allowing either the agent or the administrator to start the process. Partnering with DotLoop means paperless transactions. All listing and deal information is then fed through to MEMO, eliminating duplicate entry. And if your office uses *Quickbooks, once a deal closes, the transaction details for the deal can be electrically imported into your bookkeeping system. Reports and tax filing can be done online, making your office virtually paperless.
