Rear and side cameras make maneuvering much safer and easier for many drivers!
Joy has space to sleep 10! A queen master bed and bedroom (with a slider door for privacy), adorable bunks for the kiddos (best for people under 5'5), a jack knife pullout couch (great for a smaller adult or child), a convertible dinette bed (great for 2 smaller children or one adult), and spacious above the cab sleeping area (king size, good for 2 tall adults) with a television that overlooks the entire coach. Keep perfectly cool or warm with two AC/heating units.
We’ve provided the master bed, bunks, and above cab sleeping areas, with fresh linens and plenty of comfy pillows (not provided for the dinette or jackknife couch). There are lots of towels, and a few small travel toiletries for your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, baking dishes, cups, plates, and all the utensils you can think of. While you’ll need to bring your own food- we’ve supplied you with an air fryer for quick chow, a Keurig for coffee, cooking oils, and all the spices you may want for a tasty meal.
To make your campsite comfortable, we have camping chairs (upon request), a small table, and area rug (beach wagon upon request). Enjoy these while cooking outside on a provided propane grill with a griddle. Want to rinse off after an outing at the beach before heading in? Spray down with our warm outside shower!
For those with little babes, we have plenty of items available to make your stay a little easier on the littles- and yourselves (upon request)! For rent we have a pack and play and black out tent. With courtesy, we've provided a free small rail guard and bed bumper just in case!

IF YOU WISH TO NOT USE OUR LINENS, OR ANYTHING PROVIDED IN OUR RIG, PLEASE LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME SO WE CAN REMOVE THEM BEFORE YOUR TRIP.
PLEASE DO NOT:
-Absolutely NO smoking in the coach or you risk losing your entire deposit and be charged an extra cleaning fee.
-NO standing on the top of the RV, and please, stay off the rear exterior ladder.
-Do not flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper.

CAN I TOW?
-We do not allow towing, but have a cargo rack you can borrow to put excess items, bikes, etc on
PETS?
-We love pets! Please limit to 2 animals. Extra charge for more than 2 animals.
CAN WE DELIVER?
-We currently do not offer drop off or pick ups
PICK UP/DELIVERY/DROP OFF TIMES?
-Pick up times are flexible.
-Delivery times flexible but no later than 3pm
-Drop off time are no later than 12pm day of or you will be charged a half day fee of the daily rate AND $50 per hour after 4pm
** Prepare for a 45min-1.5hr walk through of how to manage the RV, depending on experience.**
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO UPON RETURN?
-Have all grey and black water tanks emptied before return.
-$250 charge if you do not have empty gray and black water tanks when returned
-Gas: please return with the same or you will be charged the amount to fill plus $150.
-Propane needs to be refilled to the amount the rv was initially at or charged $100
-Remove all trash you accumulated
-Put used towels in laundry basket
-Bundle up all used linens on top of each bed
-Ideally dishes cleaned, but we understand water conservation on dry camps. Keep in one place for us to fully clean, or use disposable material. Try to limit the mess.
