I’d Love to Help!

Laurel GrandleI think most REALTORS would respond to “You sell houses!” with some limp platitude like, “No, I see the American dream”, “I help family achieve their goals”, or “I provide great service”.

No one likes “to be sold”. Ever walk into a department store and have a clerk say, “May I help you?”. You probably responded with, “No thanks, I’m just looking”, only to walk out with a purchase. You don’t want to be sold, you want to buy.

A great REALTOR doesn’t have to sell. We are great match-makers. We listen carefully to the buyers and we match what they want with what is for sale. When we find it, the buyers will buy it…that is their goal, after all.

And service? Ever hear a REALTOR say they offer less than great service? We all offer (or certainly should offer) great service: Assistance in finding the best loan for the buyer and the buyer’s situation, carefully analyzed market analyses, help finding insurance, research on taxes, neighborhoods, HOA fees, etc.

REALTORS assist with every aspect of the transaction. We’re the hub of the wheel and we keep all the spokes moving in the right direction!

My motto is, “I’d love to help!” and that’s what I do.
