 When I read a brief for a home and the agent states, "Endless possibilities" or something like, "updates too numerous to mention", I always think they've taken the easy way out. WHY NOT mention the updates? WHY NOT list some of the possibilities...they are surely NOT endless. Those phrases, "endless possibilities" and "updates too numerous to mention" tell me nothing as a reader!
