2024 18 ft Self Contained with full size Queen mattress with adjustable firmness controls. I added 4 drawers under bed, so you don't have to live out of a suitcase. Dinette makes into a youth bed (60" x 40") and has 2 large storage drawers. Handy size trailer for a guest bedroom/bathroom, since it fits in a driveway and only needs a dedicated standard outlet to run air conditioner. We can deliver/setup in most cases.
Easy to tow (aprox. 4,800 lbs loaded) Need a 2" square hitch receiver if you want to use my ball/equalizer bar set up. Trailer needs 2 5/16" ball and is equipped with electric hitch jack. I have a Bluetooth trailer brake controller kit available, in case your vehicle doesn't have a brake controller installed.
Electric push out has dinette area. Rear bathroom has tub/shower, vanity/sink with skylight. Tankless/on demand propane water heater, so hot water won't run out. Roof top 500 watt solar panel with dual 135 amp/hr batteries. Large 12 volt fridge, 2 burner stove top inside and outside propane grill . Has all basic pots/pans/dishes/utensils/towels & 4 cup coffee pot for 3-4 people. Sleep Number Queen bed has fresh linens supplied but not for the youth bed. Sleeping bag or doggie beds are easy to use there. We use less toxic cleaning/laundry soaps from Melaleuca.
32" Smart TV and DVD Player plus AM/FM on in/out stereo w/Bluetooth option to connect your device. 12'motorized awning . 2 lounge lawn chairs available upon request. Extra cargo rack on back bumper available for rent.
All appliances run on propane and/or solar system except air conditioner & microwave. Mattress firmness adjustment motor and DVD/TV can run off solar/battery system with built-in 1000 watt inverter.
This "Baja" version is set up nicely for dry camping/boondocking. Besides solar panel system, it has larger propane/ water tanks and bottom of the trailer is covered for more insulation and freeze resistance.
Optional 30 amp Portable Generator is available for rent @ $25/nite.
Pick up and return times can be scheduled different from the posted times.
Like most RVs, the water from tank has a little plastic taste. So we bring a 5 gal jug of spring water for our coffee, ice, etc. There is an electric dispenser for a 5 gal. water jug. See picture in photo section.
