From the living room you can walk out onto the screened in balcony/patio and overlook lush landscapes including gardens, fountains and walking trails. The unit is steps away from one of 2 heated swimming pools, full size Sand Volley Ball Court and Large Childrens Playground. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It is fully stocked with full size appliances, dish ware, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster – just to name a few. Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room equipped with brand new Samsung washer and dryer (as of February 2016). Full size washer and dryer, Iron and Full Size Ironing Board. We even welcome you with laundry soap for your first washing.

The home is ideally situated to all major theme parks including Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, LEGOLAND as well as many local attractions. You are a short drive to the many great restaurants on 192. You will find just about evey type of dining available.
