Evergreen COVID-19 Update
***At Evergreen we have always put the safety of our guests at the very top of our priorities, and since the outbreak of COVID-19 we have taken extra precautions to try and ensure your safety. We are following all guidelines and recommendations from the state and local governments, as well as the CDC. In addition to this we are INCLUDING one bottle of GEL RITE hand sanitizer in our extensive arrival pack. We have always used quality disinfectant in our cleaning of the homes, but during the same day arrival preparation for you we will be wiping down all hard surfaces and appliances with Lysol disinfectant wipes again as well. All our homes will also display notices giving the latest CDC guidelines too because we want you to remember your vacation for all the right reasons, and stay safe while you are one of our guests. ***

Description;
A fully air conditioned 3 bedroom townhome, with 2 and a half bathrooms, this 2 storey unit is very nicely furnished with your comfort in mind. Crystal Cove sleeps 6 people comfortably and we do restrict occupancy to that number to protect the integrity of the home.
The bedrooms consist of a Master with a Queen size bed and full en-suite facilities, a second Queen bedroom, and a third bedroom that has 2 twin beds. There is a second bathroom just across the hall which services the second and third bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen television and upgraded cable package.
Other features of Crystal Cove include a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, and dining area. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The main living area has a 37 inch flat screen television, with a DVD player too!. The room has a sofa and a loveseat, and is decorated in lighter colors that give it a light and airy appearance. Incidentally, note too that this home enjoys high-speed WIRELESS internet access, which is complimentary to guests. All telephone calls to the US and Canada are free of charge too.
The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and waste disposal. All towels and linens are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well.
Sliding doors from the living area lead onto a small patio from which you can enjoy a very nice conservation view, something which can also be seen from the Master bedroom which also has a balcony too.
Crystal Cove is already a well established vacation home and is a very popular unit, complementing all the beautiful homes we are proud to have in our portfolio. Given the very nice furnishings, excellent price offered, the great location, and the great facilities that Emerald Island offers, Crystal Cove represents tremendous value for money and comes highly recommended.

Emerald Island Resort;
Emerald Island is a very popular resort, and is extremely well maintained. A gated community, manned 24 hours a day, Emerald Island Resort boasts a whole host of amenities, including a very busy clubhouse containing a games room, fitness room, and reception area, with a large community pool and spa within the grounds. Tennis and Basketball are also available here, and there is a very nice play area for children too.
Emerald Island is located just off Formosa Gardens Boulevard, about 1 mile from the US192, right in the heart of the Disney area. Walt Disney World is just 3.5 miles away, Universal about 14 miles, and Sea World just 10 miles. There are a host of shops and restaurants very close by too, and the famous Florida Mall is about a 25 minute drive..
Clearwater Beach is about a 90 minutes away to the West, Cocoa Beach the same distance to the East, and you can get to the wonderful Kennedy Space Center in just over an hour. The resort does have a Shuttle service available to all the areas main attractions and airports, though charges will apply. Details are available at the clubhouse.
For golfers there are several courses within easy reach including The Legends course at Orange Lake, just a 5 minute drive from this beautiful resort.
Crystal Cove is a very homely townhouse, and given its appearance, location, attractive price, and the superb facilities available in Emerald Island Resort, it is likely to become a very sought after unit.

* Check in time is 4.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am.
Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.
* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.
* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.
* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap and toilet tissue but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.
