This residence is a top floor corner full ocean view villa with three bedrooms (King in Ocean Master Bedroom Suite, two Queens in second Master Bedroom Suite, King in third Master Bedroom Suite), 3.5 luxurious bathrooms, and more than 3,500 square feet of exquisitely decorated indoor and outdoor living space, situated in the Wailea Beach Villas, a residential villa resort set directly on Wailea Beach, on the leeward sunny side of Maui Island.
This C building, top floor accommodation is a corner-end unit with a large outdoor alfresco veranda and extra windows on three sides. The C building is directly behind the A building, and also on level ground with the A building, the adult pool, and Wailea Beach access. Unlike many of the other accommodations within Wailea Beach Villa, there is no up or down a slope to walk in order to reach the adult pool or beach.
We named Sun Splash C301 because this top floor corner villa is blessed with abundant natural light that filters through the many windows and lends the interior with a golden glow of cheerful sunshine. The property owners have created one of the most sophisticated, chic, comfortable, and warmly decorated vacation villas in all of Wailea.
Inside C301 is all new paint, all new bed and bath linens, new kitchen goods, new furnishings, new electronics, and all new and mostly all original top quality decor. C301 displays art glass, oil paintings, carvings, watercolors, and other original and tasteful art and crafts from some of the island's most creative and talented artists and designers. The color palette in C301 encompasses all of the colors found in our Hawaiian paradise, including various shades of yellows and creams, burnt orange, brick, bronze, gold, blues, and deep greens.
The stunning sea shell painting "Great Triton" on display in the great room of C301 was created by Tracy Effinger. Upon seeing her work featured in Sun Splash C301, Tracy exclaimed, "Sun Splash C301 has a lot of lungta." Lungta is a Tibetan word that means to have a lot of soul or positive life force energy. To be infused with lungta supposedly brings good luck - according to Tracy and Tibetan tradition. We agree with Tracy. C301 is a very warm, loving, joyful, and comfortable home. A 70" television is wall mounted in the living room, and each bedroom has a large over-sized new flat panel television and HD cable box with HD channel subscriptions.
We also offer complimentary no-charge Netflix programming in the living room and each bedroom. Wi-fi and hard-wired internet service is provided, along with a custom crafted desk in the great room that is stocked with useful office supply. Additional upscale details include unique hand-crafted furnishings, a built-in guest safe, Studio Becker European closets, nine foot lofty ceilings, honed marble floors, spacious floor plans, granite counters, mahogany wood finishes, premium high thread-count bath and bed linens, and plush pillow-top beds.
The gourmet kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped kitchen with a full array of top-shelf cooking and dining supplies including crystal glassware, an Espresso/Cappuccino maker, china plate ware, professional cookware, two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau gas range, Bosch electronic dishwasher, and dual coffee makers with grinder. - Sun Splash Villa C301 is busy this spring with a big makeover! We are installing new hardwood flooring, countertops, an awning for the outdoor patio, and other upgrades and updates. Photos will be updated in July once the project is complete, but until then please know it will be even prettier and better than it appears in our detailed photos as of now.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
- The outdoor patio furnishings can get hot during the day and may be best used for sunset viewing and starlit/moonlight dining.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
- On-site maintenance for interior plant care is performed weekly.
Wailea Beach Villas Lower Lobby Improvements Project: Now - Nov 19, 2024:
Repair and replacement of concrete and tile surfaces in the resort's lower lobby, which is adjacent to the upper "family pool" and beneath the penthouse tower residences. Note that related noise may be audible in some penthouse units (those starting with letters H, I, J, K, L, and M) and when visiting the upper family pool during the construction period.
Work commenced on September 16, 2024. The expected completion date is November 19, 2024. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Noisy work (saws, drills, rotary hammers) is only permitted after 9:00 a.m.
The noisiest/most disruptive portion of the project (demolition & concrete repair) is complete. Some stone, tile and drainage installation remains for the period of November 1 -19.
While the lower lobby lanai is closed, use the elevator or stairs on each penthouse building floor and exit at the parking garage level (G) to access the Family Pool, Fitness Center, Family Lounge, and Beach/Adult Pool Walkway. To access the Shops at Wailea or Reception Desk: Exit the Penthouse Garage via the Family Pool deck, follow the crosswalk to the elevator, and proceed to Level 2.
Please keep in mind that weather or unforeseen circumstances may result in schedule revisions or variations.
Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
