Hale Kamaole lies on 7 acres of spacious lawn areas, surrounded by Plumeria, hibiscus , palms, and other tropical flora,. The complex is a 'U'-shaped property, facing the beautiful Hawaiian waters of the Pacific.
Kamaole Beach and Park III is DIRECTLY across the road from our complex and great for snorkeling, boogie boarding, paddle boarding.. or just relaxing with a good book and soaking up the sun! (Lifeguards are on duty daily at all the 3 Kamaole beaches I, II and III, ) Kam 3 also has an ADA ramp for wheelchair access down TO the beach, , and the park area is shaded, with restrooms, picnic tables, BBQ areas, and showers.
From the condo you can walk to casual shops and restaurants close by. A 5-10 minute drive will take you to resorts, shopping, fine dining, and several world-reknown golf.

This is a NON Smoking vacation Property.
POLICIES:
A Minimum 14 night stay is required From Dec 15-March 30
1. A $250 deposit is required at time of booking for a one week stay. and $500.for 10- 14 nights.
2. For Holiday Bookings, Peak Season thru March 30, and stays Longer than 18 nights A 50%* Deposit is Required.(50% of your total Amount)
3. Balance is due 60 days prior to your checkin date.
Check-in: 3 pm Check-out: 11 am
Unless you have made other arrangements with owner.
Late checkout - 1/2 the daily rate

We hope it doesn't happen, but in the event you must cancel after the due date, we recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE to help manage the unexpected.
