Wailea Ekahi Villas (Ocean Front Property - Keawakapu Beach - Wailea) unit 42A is a two story (nobody above you), 1 bedroom, 2 bath, corner end town home unit overlooking one of the many smaller, more quiet and peaceful pools on our property. The unit is complete with split wall AC units to keep our entire unit cool and a washer and dryer for your convenience. We are within a short 5 - 10 minute walk to our properties beach area and the Shops of Waliea where you’ll find outlet shops, nice restaurants and a smaller grocery store.

Wailea Ekahi Villas has 3 smaller pools and one main, resort style pool down at the beach called the Beach Pavilion Pool. There you’ll find shade, lounge chairs, WIFI, tables to eat lunch or dinner, an outdoor kitchen, a book library, BBQ grills and of course, direct access to our beach, Keawakapu Beach. From there you can walk for miles on the beach or on the beach path starting at the Marriott Resort and walk past the Grand Wailea Resort.

Our unit is perfect for couples or young families with children not requiring too much privacy. The master bedroom upstairs has a loft area which looks directly down into the living room which could cause privacy issues for couples sleeping on the pullout sofa sleeper downstairs.

As you come up the stairs, you'll be impressed with the oversized master bedroom with a California King bed, elegant furnishings, vaulted ceilings and a private lanai. From this lanai, take in the majesty of island life with picturesque views of the pool area. The expansive master bath features granite counters with openings to the staircase below allowing for airflow. There is also a newly updated private shower/toilet area.

You will find our unit is elegant, quiet, private and peaceful. During the day, read a book and relax on the shady lanai or bask in the sun and appreciate the park like setting and breathtaking pool views. At night, wind down the evening on your private master bedroom lanai with a Mai-Tai and the Maui sunset.

New furniture, linens, and beautiful art work have been provided throughout the unit, including a California king bed in the master suite with a new mattress and new queen pull out sofa sleeper in the front room. Our unit can sleep up to 4 guests on beds and we have large lanai's to enjoy your outdoor meals and peace and quiet.

Our kitchen has all the modern amenities any cook would love, including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast counter and a formal dining area. Or enjoy the beauty of Maui while grilling outside on the gas BBQ located near the pool area. Once you have experienced dining at our outdoor table you'll will never eat inside again!

When taking a break from reading outside, sit back on the comfortable traditional sofa and enjoy watching movies and TV from the 65" smart TV with DVD and CD player.

The main pool at the beach (Beach Pavilion) has been completely renovated in 2020 and is by far the most popular place to be on our property. To access our beach, you'll use our private gated beach stairwell from the Pavilion area. The main pool has plenty of lounge chairs, outdoor tables, palm trees and umbrellas and adjoins spacious barbecue and cooking facilities, which includes a stove, refrigerator, covered lounging area and dining tables!

For those of you who love to golf, our condominium is located just across the street from one of Wailea’s most beautiful golf courses, the Blue Course at the Wailea Golf Club. The Wailea Golf Club’s Emerald and Gold courses are just a short five minute drive away. It just doesn’t get any better than this!

This vacation home is located in Wailea, a neighborhood in Kihei. Maui Fish Pipe and Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Headquarters are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Shops at Wailea and Wailea Shopping Village Shopping Center.
