The master bedroom offers wide views of the bay & sunsets nightly. For convenience, there is laundry in the unit, an updated half-bath, & a bonus room with a trundle bed that sleeps 2.
Hop on your boat and in a minute be out on Blackwater Sound fishing, tubing or just a leisurely boat ride. Deeded boat slip #47 is well-positioned at the end of the pier for easy docking. Updated: In-water dockage now 24' LOA max (engines down)--no longer 26' and no fuel tanks/fueling on the docks, bring your own water hoses and plenty of lines. Do not dock or park in someone's assigned spaces nor south dock. 1 hour temporary docking to load/unload (no overnight). Larger boats can anchor off site and swim in at their own risk. Updated proof of insurance/COI naming Moon Bay as additional insured must be uploaded to portal.. $100,000 minimum liability insurance required to be on file prior to bringing the boat into the marina. The boat can be launched and trailers stored at nearby Caribbean Club or other local marinas for an additional fee. No boat trailer storage or launch facilities available within the gates of Moon Bay.
Moon Bay offers many amenities in this gated property and is the perfect location to walk to restaurants and live music venues. The shared pool is heated and for little ones there is a shallow depth children's pool. Recently renovated tennis courts and game areas with basketball, shuffleboard and other outdoor game opportunities. The recently renovated clubhouse offers additional entertainment options. The clubhouse's rooftop sun deck is a great place to enjoy beautiful sunsets with your favorite adult beverage every evening or morning coffee. Picnic tables with charcoal grills are conveniently located at the marina and clubhouse area.
