We only rent weekly or monthly from June 1st thru Sept 5th.
We will consider long weekends in the early or late summer season.
You choose the campsite or location, and we will deliver and set up the camper for you and we pick it up when you’re done.
It is important to choose a campsite with at least electric and water hookups and it helps you a lot to have septic hookup also.
Also works great for overflow sleeping quarters at your house or on your property.
Rentals are available from April 1st thru through November 15, 2024, depending on weather.
We work with Traverse City Horse Show attendees for special lengths of stay.
One dog is allowed with $150 Pet Deposit (NO puppies, cats, or other animals)
Rental Rates:
Weekly rental: $1,050 (7 nights for $150.00 per night)
Monthly rental: $4,000.00 (30 nights for $133.33 per night)
Security Deposit of $1,000 required

To prevent overfilling the holding tanks capacity, it is best to use the campground bathroom & shower facilities.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We can only empty holding tanks at the end of the rental period. There are pumping services you can call for dumping for longer rentals.

Rental Policies
1. Must be 25 years of age to rent.
2. No sub-leasing to other parties
3. No smoking, vaping, cannabis, or illegal drugs inside camper
4. Make sure the campfire is away from the awning and campfire.
5. No open flames inside camper.
6. If it is windy, please roll the awning up.
7. Nothing on top of or hanging from the awning.
8. Keep off the ladder and the roof.
9. No sub-leasing to other parties.
10. There will be a lost key charge of $20 for the set for lost keys.
11. Renter must follow all campground rules and regulations.
