What a busy Spring 2017 we have had making updates at the Pascoe House! Our balcony had been rebuilt, a bedroom repainted, and a living room face lift complete with large screen TV and leather furniture. Pictures coming soon. The Pascoe House has it all! We are one block from downtown, one block from the Pavilion/Ball Park, and only two 1/2 blocks from the ferry boat. You will love walking downtown to shop, eat, or go out for the evening! You can walk downtown to rent a golf cart for one of your days or to take a ferry over to Put in Bay for the day! If staying home for the day, you will enjoy our WiFi, great room, or deck for your family get togethers. A quiet evening on our back deck or around the fire pit under the stars is another of our great features. You will love sitting on the front porch rocking in our chairs, too. Of course, the beach is only minutes away!

The Pascoe House has four bedrooms. One king with a toddler bed, one queen, and two full beds. Each room is delightful and comfortable. We are also pet friendly if you have a friendly pet.

We have a full kitchen and a gas grill. The dining room or deck will seat all of you. There is a washer and dryer available. The house is air-conditioned for your enjoyment.

The Pascoe House is a great place for families and friends to meet and enjoy!
