2BR Townhome Vacation Rental in Keenesburg, Colorado

The small town of Keenesburg is situated right off of Interstate 76, 39 miles northeast of Denver (Exit 39) and an easy 40 minute commute to Denver International Airport. The townhouse is easy to find, on the quiet south end of our little town. It sits only one block away from rolling farm fields. Two blocks north is our lovely town park where you can take a walk and stretch your legs, or the kids can play at the playground. You'll find our quiet neighborhood a nice respite from your trip, or a place to call home while you tour our beautiful state.
The two-story townhouse has the living area on the main level, along with a fully outfitted kitchen, complete with coffee, tea, cocoa and snacks. We offer wireless internet, along with Roku, Netflix, Hulu and Pureflix if you'd like to relax and watch a movie. The 1/2 bath is also on the main level. We currently don't have a washer and dryer, but hope to add them soon (there is a Laundromat just 5 blocks away). The two bedrooms and full bath are on the top floor, so being able to climb stairs is a must. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other one has 2 daybeds and a trundle bed. The couch in the living room also is comfortable for sleeping. There is also a lovely little fenced backyard with a patio and grass. Lawn chairs are available upon request.
