Texas Border Bar and Grill is operated by self owner, Kellie Messer. It first opened its doors in November 1996 and has grown. Since that time to become the neighborhood Cheers, (where everyone knows your name). Kellie's dedication to her business, her fabulous recipes and her insistence that every guest be greeted enthusiastically has made Texas Borders simply the best place to eat, drink and have fun. She always on the premises and eager to ensure your visit will be most enjoyable. The food at Texas Borders Bar and Grill is all homemade, fresh and made to your order. It includes family recipes from New Orleans as well as Tex-Mex favorites and All American Cuisine. Our onion rings have been touted as "The Best in Town" by the Houston Chronicle.
