As a family-owned small business, New Concept Auto Service offers honest and accurate auto maintenance and repair to all customers. New owners Vicente Silva and Katherine Silva have taken the challenge to build on top of the platform that Paul Rupp (former owner) has worked so hard on for the last 33 years. By introducing European makes and models to New Concept, we believe we can make an even bigger impact to our community.

We maintain a positive atmosphere. Our shop is clean, up-to-date, organized and well-managed. Our office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our technicians are well equipped, and required to complete ongoing training. Our customers rely on us for advice, and love the fact we know them by name.
