• Camp in place in our serene setting or ask about local setup (limited time availability).
• Camp in Place and Dump Fee add-ons MANDATORY when selecting Camp-in-Place option.
• Please pick your options appropriately when making a booking request.
• For towing, must have a 3/4T truck equipped with a Class IV or V hitch rated for no less than 1500 lbs tongue weight (based on weight distribution hitch). Our weight distribution hitch has a 2” receiver.
• Insurance mandatory.
• CANNOT pick up or drop off before 4 pm on weekdays without prior approval. Actual delivery and set up time may vary but delivery service will not start prior to 4 pm on weekdays.
• Generator not available currently.
• Linens not available currently.

This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper.
