Tension slips away as you relax on your private lanai, enjoying the breathtaking Kona sunsets, sipping your favorite cold beverage. Your island studio condo has contemporary décor, granite countertops, tile floors and local photography on the walls. Located at the end of a building wing, it is quiet and private (Perfect for that Honeymoon in paradise). Other amenities include a heavenly king bed, central a/c, a ceiling fan, TV, DVD player and cable. Free Wi-Fi in the unit and lobby. Pack light, as you'll love the convenience of the in-unit washer/dryer. If you desire an evening in, there is a gas BBQ, right outside your door and the kitchen is well equipped. The condo's phone includes free local and nationwide long distance.
Royal Sea Cliff is a luxury, oceanfront resort on the Kona coast. It is centrally located on Alii drive, less than a mile from town. The grounds are beautiful with tropical plants, waterfalls and tiled walkways. There are 2 oceanfront pools, one with a hot tub and both with BBQ facilities. Additional amenities include Ping-pong, a game room, and complimentary cultural activities. The resort's lobby includes a computer/printer and a concierge desk to help you plan your adventures.
Tennis anyone? You don't have to leave, as the resort has its own tennis court. Free gated parking is available, just outside your unit. Kahalu'u Beach Park, the nicest family friendly beach on the island, is 3 miles south. It has picnic facilities, BBQs as well as food and snorkel equipment rental on-site, ideal for your snorkeling adventure. Honl's beach, another popular local beach is a half-mile north of us.
We love our guests and are constantly adding little extras, such as an island guidebook, a cooler for your picnicking needs, beach totes, flash lights for the volcano trip and reusable grocery bags. We selected furnishings ideal for your comfort, so you'll enjoy your island home, including adequate storage areas for your belongings.
Personally, we came to Hawaii for our honeymoon and fell in love with the Islands. Paradise is so relaxing and is our “happy placeâ€. We hope you feel our passion as our guest in this lovely studio home. As far as Royal Sea Cliff, we looked at condos for 5 years, before we found this perfect studio. The ocean view from the lanai takes my breath away. It is a resort like complex that quickly feels like home. Be sure to enjoy the 3 complementary, cultural activities each week: a Pupu party on Monday evening, a light luau with keiki hula dancers on Tuesday, and Lei making and malasadas on Friday mornings.
