Our wonderfully clean and spacious house is our primary home so it is well cared for. This summer rental is perfect for families traveling with younger children or extended family. With two living areas, front and back porches (lanais), a new BBQ, it is easy to find a place to relax. Located in a residential area you get the peacefulness of a suburb with easy access to public transportation and major streets. The house comes with many beach toys: two man kayak, life jackets, foam surfboard, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, etc. Famous Kailua town is just 1/2 mile down the hill where you can enjoy a variety shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and perhaps a shave ice! And Kailua Beach is just 1 and 1/3 mile down the hill!
