3013 Hidden Oaks is a spacious, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home overlooking the 17th hole of the Crooked Oaks Golf course - one of two championship courses on Seabrook. The large kitchen with granite countertops affords plenty of room for dinners at the end of a day at the beach. There is a kitchen table that seats 6, and another table in the dining room has room for 6 more. The counter also seats 4. The family room has a large HDTV, DVD player and stereo. The large deck off it and the screened in porch have additional seating for everyone to relax. There is also a gas grill for your use.
The first floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed, HDTV, and adjoining full bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom on the next level, up 5 steps floor has a queen size bed with an adjoining full bathroom. Upstairs, another master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony overlooking the golf course, and a full bath. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds. The house has WiFi for your use with your computer.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. If you wish to use the indoor pool and/or fitness center, they do charge an extra $15/person/day or $10/day/person for 3 days or more.
