Seeking Joomla Expert

Our associate has several medical projects which need to be developed in Joomla.

Sample specs include:

* Implement preconceived design and architecture into CMS.
* 30-35 pages of content containing 20-25 photos and 4-6 flash videos.
* Custom Javascript menu/button system in front page and content.
* SEO - Create site index, register, and optimize for web search engines.
* Easy to use back end CMS management.

Local to the New York / New Jersey area is preferable.
